  • It is a high speed single rotary tablet press for higher tablet output.
  • The machine having Hydraulic Power pack for pressure loading and overload release.
  • Machine is having center shaft driven turret through heavy duty reduction gear box.
  • The machine is having Electromagnetic Clutch arrangements.
  • The machine is having bottom driven force feeding system for material feeding.
  • The machine is having one piece turret of special grade casting.
  • However, three piece turret with SS-316L middle plate is also available (optionally).
  • Electro less nickel plating can also be available to the turret. (optionally).
  • Guards interlocked for safety, all upper guards of transparent acrylic material.
  • Lower Guards of polished Stainless Steel SS 304.
  • All the tablet parameters can be fine tuned during the operation of the machine from outside.
  • the tableting zone, with front controls at outside of the machine, having SEIKO type dials. Machine is Three sides open with Acrylic upper Guards.
  • Control panel is at backside of the machine & all controls are on tablet ejection side.
  • The machine is having A.C. variable frequency drive for the main motor & for force feeding motors to synchronize machine's speed & feed both.
With Automation, CFC & AWC (Optionally)
  • With Motorized dozer, for precise depth of fill adjustment.
  • With load cell at Main Compression for Pressure measurement.
  • With auto sampling based on, either time or revolution of punch no.
  • With auto rejection of any single tablet out of prescribed compaction force limit.
  • With SCADA with industrial PC. having 12” colour touch screen (21 CFR part 11 compliance).
  • With graphical as well as numeric representation of each individual punch force.
  • Auto tablet rejection & Random sampling during start & stop of the m/c. (Optionally).
  • Servo motor mechanism for tablet thickness / depth of fill Auto dialing though PLC. (Optionally).
  • PLC-HMI color touch screen (Optionally).
