The structure of the machine is fabricated in a manner to ensure the operation without any vibration. The pre- pressure and main pressure of the pill pressing machine can also be regulated allowing you to vary the raw materials for the operation.
The High Speed double rotary tablet press comes with a sturdy structure design ensuring the reliability of the machine. The tablet press machine has its four sides open with upper guards with a separate control panel. The machine is in compliance with cGMP and performs a vibration-free operation with easy operation at 60 RPM. The load cell is provided in the tablet press machine at main-compression for pressure measurement. It comes with a motorized pre-compression of 2 Tons (20 KN). The motorized main compression is set at 10 tons (100 KN). The main power motor of the machine powers 15Hp.
